Hi. I had my first sch yesterday. It was all just (a lot of) blood and no clots. I have seen on other forums where women say they did pass clots. I'm sure it's just a part of the passing sch. But give a call to your doctor anyway. They should probably want you to come in to be sure. How far along are you?
