Please help!

Today I had the 20 week ultrasound and the Doctor found two anomalies. First, the tech and Doctor could only find one Kidney and it was enlarged. The Doctor said it is possible my son may have another kidney but just not in the right spot. She said people can be born with one kidney and never know, suggesting this is not that big of an issue. Secondly, the Doctor said they see a brightness in his bowels. The Doctor said it could be a number of things ( Cystic Fibrosis or infection). I have to see a specialist now and may need an MRI.
