am I the only one that pukes on their period?

I read online that nausea can be a side effect of PMS, and I'm on my cycle now and have puked twice already. No one else I know has had that happen?

Odd story, one time when i was on my period, i was sleeping. And in the middle of the night i woke up cause it was really hot. I went to mess with the ac and next thing u know i wake up on the floor without knowing where the heck i was until i got up. When i did, i ran straight to the bathroom and threw up. So dont worry, it happens to the best of us😭

I use to when I was in highschool. I got on BC because of it. I just got back off but haven't experienced it yet. I'm hoping i won't anymore
