Frustrated

Okay so I was changing my son and I notice he was red around his thing and I'm like wtf and called my mom to look and she said it comes from having a wet diaper on too long and I change him every 2 hours and once in the middle of the night when he wakes up and when we wake up before daycare so I wonder what are they doing at daycare I'm so going to talk to them in the morning
