alone for three months

I had my baby two weeks ago and it has been overwhelming but the father has been helping a lot. The father is leaving tmro for work and will be gone for three months. I'm staying at my parents but they don't help with the baby. My mom barely holds him for two mins and sometimes She doesn't even see him for days although I'm a few stairs away.
