4th baby, 2nd shower...tacky?

So Im pregnant with baby #4 my older kids are 19,16&5 Im wondering is it tacky to have a baby shower? I only had one with my oldest 19 years ago😳 I just came across a article saying its tacky, I had no idea lol

No not at all. And congrats!! My sisters are 16 and 18 years younger than me :) I love them to pieces.

We had our second three years apart and did a sprinkle. We've been to lots of sprinkles. They are low key, often coed. We did a BBQ. I was worried it would feel tacky, but it seemed to go very well!

Is someone asking if they can throw you one?  If someone is, I think it's fine for close family and friends.  I do think it's tacky to throw your own or ask people to throw one for you.

I don't think it's tacky, but my mom thinks it's tacky after your first. She's old school, tho! If you had your only baby shower 19 years ago, of course you should have another!! Plus, it's a fun celebration of the new baby!

Your youngest is old enough that its not tacky. I think its more when your youngest is still a baby/young toddler that people think its tacky and just present grabbing.
