baby refusing to breastfeed

My daughter is 3 weeks and she refuses to take my breast I pump milk for her but she just won't suck my breast I feel like a failure in the beginning she was fine I had to give her pumped milk because I got my tubes tied and the pain of her breastfeeding was unbearable n I've been trying to get her back on the breast but she screams and cry like I'm killing her idk what to do feeling really low right now
