discharge??

am i the only one who regularly has a lot of discharge? is this a bad thing? other girls tell me they barely have any.

I feel like I have a lot of discharge too.  I usually wear pantyliners and change them throughout the day, depending on where I am in my cycle.  My gyno said that it is fine as long as the color/smell is normal.  If you are really concerned, ask your gyno!

It's normal unless the smell/color is off. Just don't get it confused with its natural odor. Wear cotton panties if you can, it'll keep you more dry. Also, try to avoid panty liners for discharge, it keeps the wetness close to you which actually causes more discharge. Go to Walgreens and get Acidophilus tablets, taking two twice a day has help me!
