placenta encapsulation
What are your thoughts on getting your placenta encapsulated? I have had depression and anxiety for over 10 years now. I have always been on medication, that is until I got pregnant. Now I am wondering if I could benefit from the encapsulation. I am very nervous that after I have him, I will fall into my anxiety/depressive state again.
