nipple piercing advice please!!😩

So I just got my nipples pierced today. And I'm temporarily freaking out think it was a horrible decision... I swim a lot... and work out a lot. I work at a gym. Swim is my job. And I also don't know how it will effect my sex life... or just normal day activities... should I be worried about any of these? And how long should I be worried?
