pregnant after d&c???

How long after d&c have u found out your pregnant? I'm 4 weeks post d&c and hoping that I've conceived but still waiting on either af or positive pregnancy test!! So far everything being negative

I had d&c in October and period came exactly 5 weeks later in November. Had another period in December. Was expecting to start af yesterday but got a bfp instead.

I (accidentally) conceived 2 weeks after my D&C. They did a scan for dating purposes and it confirmed that, and I was 7w3d at that point w/ a heartbeat. I'm scared though, because last pregnancy I had a MMC after 2 scans verifying the heartbeat, my last scan was 8w3d and then I found out at my 12 week scan that the baby had stopped growing at 8w5d. I'm terrified and wasn't anticipating getting pregnant so soon. I'm 8w5d today and hate having to wait to find out if my baby is doing ok.
