Anyone else?

Question

Is anyone else out there using nipple shields & find they either flip inside out sometimes and block baby's nose, or fall off when baby's little hands get in the way?

We have to use them (for now) because baby was born preemie and can't latch on without them. My nipples are too shallow :-(

It's just frustrating constantly adjusting them, washing them and relying on them (although I'm thankful for them as I can feed my LO, I wish I didn't need them).

I feel your pain!  They do have shields that have a cutout where the nose is. I ordered some, they should be here today =) 
You didn't mention the mess when it's filled with milk and gets knocked off!!

Yes I used the shield that has the nose cut out. Medela I think is the brand. As long as I washed it well and let it air dry and curled the nipple part in so it would release and suction to my breast I never had any issues with it coming off though.

My son loves the feel off the nipple shield bc it feels like his bottles my husband gives him, but he chews on it, and I put it on but it doesn't stick well. I feel like it's more of a hassle to use then to have my son breastfeed. (He has been giving me a hard time latching on during the day).

Omg the hand the hands!!!! We knock it off at least 2-3 times a boob.
