I'm terrified he did something

I posted about this yesterday, so I broke up with my boyfriend and he kept saying he was going to commit suicide & he was cutting himself and had "blood everywhere" Well, this morning I tried checking up on him.. but he blocked my number, SC, Instagram & Facebook.. so I don't know if he went through with it. I asked my friend to follow him & she said he hasn't been on all day. Out of worry, I also contacted his brother.. when I told him what was going on and if he could check on him.. he just stopped replying. I'm freaking out so much and I'm scared that he actually went through with it... I don't know what to do :( ugh...
