Confused. Trying to get pregnant

This cycle I have been using the clear blue advanced ovulation test, first time. Yesterday was day 4 of smiley faces. All day I had a water cm, but right before bed I went to use the bathroom and when I wiped, I had seen I had egg white cm. I also had been having some, what I think is or hope to be ovulation pain. I am nervous missing my ovulation. My husband wants to wait to see if I get a solid smiley face. I feel like my body is telling me know is the time. I am day 15 of my cycle. I guess what I am trying to ask is, do I keep going with the ovulation test or do I just say forget it and just go at it with hubby.
