I need help down there.

I have been inching down there on and off for about a week, when I check things out I see nothing, I even have used a qtip to see if anything comes out, not to be gross or TMI but it is mostly around my clitoris and outside my inner lips, that I can see nothing is wrong with it but it itches loke crazy like I wanna scoot my self across the floor like the dogs do LOL I have used Vagisil once a day for 4 days and it doesn't burn or anything when I put it on but I have like a pulse beat. Anyway sorry this is so long but do u think I should go see a doctor?
