Braxton Hicks

I'm going crazy with these braxton hicks contractions, tonight they were regular and 9 minutes apart and much stronger then they have been. They dwindled down to 20 minutes apart and now they are about an hour, but the pressure and pain I am feeling in my lady bits from the baby being so low is so bad. I'm only 34 weeks and my hospital won't deliver below 35 so I'm happy to see them calm down but it's hard to tell the difference sometimes. Especially tonight when they were so intense fml
