when did period come after miscarriage?

How did you predict when your next period will come after a miscarriage?  I miscarried at 6 weeks, had light spotting since week 5 and ultrasound confirmed at 6 weeks that I was miscarrying. Heavy bleeding from 9/9-9/12, light bleeding on 9/13 then nothing.  Hcg was back down to 2 as of 9/21. Doctor says it's safe to start trying when hcg has gone back down but I really would like to try and gage when my next ovulation/period will be.. anyone have experience with this?

For me, I had a 28 day cycle after my miscarriage (baby stopped growing at nearly 9 weeks).  I had so much ewcm that cycle, much more than usual.  You are meant to be extra fertile 4-6 weeks after a miscarriage.  We waited a month, and I fell pregnant the next cycle (1st trying).  I'm now 9 weeks.  You could try OPKs, I found them helpful to know my body/hormones were doing what they were supposed to.

A month after my miscarriage and its been regular ever since, they told I wouldn't have my period for 6 months but I did.

It took 8wk for my period to come back post 10wk mmc and D&C. It was also heavier and a bit more painful than usual but my cycles got back to normal after 4 or so months.

It took one month for my hcg to hit 4 - on August 30th
And I ovulated somewhere between September 6th and 9th - super early for me, I normally have 40 day cycles
I got my bfp on the 20th

Mine came back after each miscarriage after about 28-32 days

I took hcg and lh tests every few days. My next period came 34 days post d&c. 
It was very light but then again my uterus was vacuumed thin so can't say I'm surprised. I conceived again that cycle. Good luck, I hope AF comes soon and you get a rainbow even sooner 😘🌈💖
