Spotting at 8 weeks?

Light pink spotting when I wiped tonight. No cramping so far. Threw up this AM and still have all my pregnancy symptoms hardcore...sore nipples, fatigue, etc. Very nervous as it was hard for me to finally conceive and it's my first pregnancy. First prenatal next week. I do know I had a little bump off and on near the tip of my cervix that I felt with all that cervix checking I was doing trying to get pregnant. Wondering if that is a polyp that is bleeding now that the hormones are swimming and the cervix is more sensitive? Very worried.
