My period is so heavy I'm bleeding out. Anything that helps them be not so heavy? I get so dizzy and weak when I'm on my period.

Taking ibuprofen can help decrease your flow, and make sure you drink plenty of fluids and get enough iron to replace what you're losing. Hope this helps!

Ah, thankyou guys. Today I literally lost so much blood in the shower I felt so faint and was shaking so bad and had to stop half way through, and then almost passed out walking to my bed .. 😩

I know this seems like the hardest thing to do, but it helps so much. You need to get up and go for a walk or even a run. You need to increase ur blood flow by exercising so less blood gets pumped to ur uterus. It is basically adding stress(good stress) to ur body so your body cuts down on blood. One more thing is the yoga sleeping pose. Sleep on your back. Put a small pillow at ur back, knees bent and breath. Have sweets!!! Especially deserts made with flour. My mom makes me Persian halva when it's terrible and it helps so much. For later go get birth control. It clears your skin and shortens your period. My periods were 9 days but it cut it to 4-5. Here is the receptor for halva:Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan; cook, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Stir rose water and saffron into the sugar mixture; cover saucepan and remove from heat. Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat; stir flour into the melted butter until mixture is a smooth paste.

Omg maybe put on a heating pad and drink some Tylenol and knock out. Dont worry mine are heavy as well in the beginning ... Just wear pads instead of tampons..
