How to produce more breast milk
My daughter is 7 months old. I mostly breastfeed but there are times that she drinks formula like when I'm at work. Ect.. I would love to just give her straight breast milk.
I sometimes think that i don't produce enough milk and when i pump i can only sometimes get an ounce or 2....please give me some tips so i can use them to produce more milk for her.
