Conception help

I think I've tested positive for ovulation today so me and my husband had sex, we really want a baby and I'm just wondering if I can do anything to help the process along. A long time ago I heard if you have you legs up after sex it will help lol but idk, and if I tested positive today how long will I be ovulating? Also these abbreviations I keep seeing what do they mean
