Can't orgasm during sex

No matter who it is with (even with myself) I cannot seem to have a vaginal orgasm. I just let it go because I enjoy the act of sex but I really want to orgasm now. A vibrator always gets me an orgasm pretty quickly, but my vibe is kinda long and gets in the way during sex and is hard so it kinda hurts when it's pressed against me during sex. Are there any vibes out there that are smaller and easy to use, or maybe hands-free?? Any advice?
