Help Anyone A Hair Stylist

This is sooo embarrassing!!! But i need to know if i have a huge knot in my hair I've tried everythin its jus getting worse i cant do it.. If i go to the hair salon will they help me with it my hair is verry very long but i dont mind them cutting it and saving some hair please help

( i dont need help on how to take it out ive tried everythin nothing works... My last option is shave it off :( or i need a hair stylist to do helllppp)
