sleeping on stomach during pregnancy

i spent the night over my cousins house and she's like 7 or 8 months pregnant and she lays on her stomach sometimes and it makes me cringe because i feel like she hurting the baby but i don't know much about that's stuff so i was like arguing with her about it. she told me that it's okay because the baby is protected and stuff but i still didn't like it 😭
