Help need major advice.

Alright so my current living situation is I'm sleeping on my fiancé' best friends living room floor until his brother moves out then we can go back to the house. Well his best friend's wife has two boys, 5 & 2. They will NOT stay out of our stuff, they keep tearing it up and getting into everything. I don't know what to do because they don't get on to the boys for doing it but give me dirty looks when I just tell the boys to stay out of our stuff. Also their dogs won't leave our stuff alone either and they keep peeing on our clean clothes. They won't do anything about it. I want to just go home but my fiancé's brother keeps trying to kill him that's why we aren't home and we are waiting for him to move out but it has already been almost a month.
