Discharge

I'm having reddish orange discharge with no odor, itching, burning. I haven't had my period this month yet in the beginning of the week I started with discharge with little cramps then it turned reddish brown with little mild cramps and then turned brown now it's orange reddish. I haven't had sex since last Wednesday should I be worried??
