More cramps than normal
I usually get really bad cramps at the beginning of my cycle but this time im getting bad cramps every day of my cycle. Im on my 5th day n im still cramping. I normally take Advil pills to help but it didn't really help this month. I've also been more emotional than ever.
Any suggestions how to deal with them?
