hospital

So the past two days Iv been in work and got really dizzy and cramps get really bad when standing up so I go to the hospital... Everything looks ok :/ what is wrong with me... I get so bloody tired Iam disorganised and slower I don't get it!currently 5 weeks I pray for a heathy 9 months this means the world to me. So the moral is my blood work has came back fine no issues but Iam shaking with weakness what the hell😑
