scared to have a c-section!!!

I have a while until I give birth but I have to have a scheduled C-section due to haveing a tubal reversal!! I have had 3 vaginal births and I loved the whole labor process. I watched some videos on c-sections and I am terrified and scared to death!! I do not want to have one but my doctor said I have no choice bc of the tubal reversal i could have a change of uterine rupture!! I would rather be safe then sorry so I have no choice but I am seriously not looking foward to it!!!
