Just need some advice.

My husband and I keep fighting, today he grabbed me and threw me on the bed and started punching the walls... he says I'm annoying and he yells at me constantly... but then he turns around and says how much he loves me and never wants to loose me. That he's obsessed with me. But he wants me to gain weight and grow my hair out and not speak to my child (her dad has custody) I miss her . I just don't know what to do . I feel like I'm some useless piece of shit.
