trying for third baby?!?

I have 2 boys, ones 5 years old and 7 weeks old. My husband is all willing to have a third baby but he thinks I'm on the nuvaring. I wanna keep it a secret until I get pregnant and try to keep it from him until I go in to find out what we are gonna have. What are the chances of hiding my pregnancy for 5 months? 
What are the chances of having a girl if most of his family is boys?

Doctors recommend 18 months between kids to let your body heal, and getting pregnant while your partner thinks you're on birth control is an awful idea.

I'm trying to decide 1) if you're a troll and 2) if you're not a troll, how can you be so dense?

You can find out what your having at 3 months with a 4d scan that's what my friend did, hiding it for 5 months might be tricky as you might have a big bump by than plus sleeping together sex symptoms etc
