I'm spotting, should I be concerned!

My last AF started on September 2nd and I ovulated on September 13th. I took a test on the 23rd and it was positive!!! My husband and I are incredibly excited but today I noticed blood in my discharge. Is that normal? It's was a blend of red and brown blood but it wasn't that much. This is my first pregnancy and any advice would sure help!!!! Thanks
