BBT and ovulation
So I've heard that for us ladies with PCOS OPKs are not overly reliable. So that being said I have been tracking my basal body temperature for the past month and a half. Last month according to fertility friend I ovulated. Confirmed after my temperature shifted. My question is does this temperature shift confirm that you definitely ovulated? Thanks.
