what's going on?

A few days ago I had a sharp pain on my right side of my ovaries making it kind of hard to walk... The next day I was bleeding but very very very little I threw a pad on thinking my period came but wore it all day and nothing so I assume maybe it will come the next day then I got some period cramps and breast pain and headaches so I'm like okay it's that time. Threw on a new pad then when I was eating pizza I gotten a wave of nausea. Then I was like let me check if I gotten my period then NOTHING took a hpt  it came out negative. My fiancé keeps telling me I'm pregnant but I'm obviously not what's going on?????
