Will only nap in swing or when nursed!

Question

My darling 7 month old baby girl has been taking her naps in her swing and go to bed at night while nursing. Before any judgement, I have a 3 year old toddler that I need to tend to so I did what worked for my family. I want to start transitioning her to sleeping in her crib for naps and bedtime now that she's starting to roll around more. Any suggestions on how to make the switch?

My 7 month old will only nap in my arms or in the swing as well. She usually has to have a bottle before she falls asleep. We stopped nursing a few weeks ago!

I'm in a similar situation...went from 100% cosleeping to starting the night in the crib, he wakes up after usually 2-3 hours then I have to sleep on a futon on the floor with him because he wakes up within half an hour if I try to put him back in the crib after nursing him again...he then basically nurses and fusses off and on all night :( my body hurts from sleeping on the thin futon and being stuck on my side most of the night
