Boyfriend problems

Every time I get upset my boyfriend makes me feel worse about myself.. like the other day I found out his dad called me a bitch and I was crying about it cause its upsetting and when he asked me I told him why I was upset I told him and he got mad that its 'always something with his dad' and got mad I lovked on his phone.. what shoukd I do? This isn't the first time either
