Has anyone else just randomly become lactose intolerant out of nowhere?

I've just recently become lactose intolerant out of nowhere and it's probably one of the worst thing ever... Being on your period and not being able to fill that ice cream craving sucks!😭

I became lactose intolerant when I was around 10 years old. I always just took Lactaid when I wanted milk or icecream. I still keep Lactaid but I also occasionally buy Silk almond milk and Breyers Lactose Free icecream when I'm having a craving. While I was pregnant with my DD it was like the Lactose intolerance went away some how...I craved milk and could easily drink atleast a half gallon a day.

Haha no, I've had a milk protein allergy my whole life (different allergy but same concept, no dairy). I recommend soy or almond ice cream! I can also tolerate gelato.

You can buy lactaid ice cream! It's lactose free and tastes just like real ice cream. Or buy sherbert instead.
