Just finished a 1 hour session and burned 407 calories!!
Now i just need to get my eating habbits in order!!
Anyone else have tips and tricks or any good meal planning ideas for weight loss??
My goal is to loose 25-30 lbs to put me around 140-145..
Last year i lost a total of 15lbs but gained it back after i let myself go. I'm ready to get fit and healthy!
