Completely heartbroken

Today I went to my first prenatal visit and to much shock there was no heartbeat detected.I'm currently 11weeks and 4 days and my emotions are everywhere my husband and I suffered a miscarriage march of 2015 and now this I just feel so worthless right now I'm 33 with a 8 yr old son and 3 yr old daughter so I'm able to conceive and have healthy babies but I'm just lost any advice would be helpful right now 😢😢😢💔💔
