Diaper bags

What did you look for in a diaper bag? I found one that I really like and has a lot of good reviews! The bad ones are from a year ago. But there isn't a lot of negative about it, mostly how the zipper broke, or they don't like that there are so many pockets (I love pockets so I don't care) I mean things always happen in shipment and packaging so that's what I thought about the zipper and the snags. I wasn't even paying attention to the price before and it's $36. I got super excited about that!
