Am I overreacting ?

My partner works 5 days a week and on his days off he doesn't spend any time with me and his 3 month old son, he also arranges time with friends or sits in our bedroom and plays his guitar for hours on end. It makes me upset that we don't do anything as a family, he works constant back shift so we don't see him throughout day. I keep telling him I want him to spend more time with us and he says he does, when he really doesn't, I feel it's just me and my son all the time and never family time. Am I overreacting about this or should he spend his days off work with us?
