Is 7 dpo to early to be having symptoms? I have tingling nipples and sudden shooting pains in my breast. Cramping and feel  bloated and have gas (sorry tmi) and just got the runs

I did!! I started cramping and sore nipples. I tested 9dpo with a pretty strong positive. I could of gotten something 8dpo for sure.
