need advice please

Hello ladies!! So here is what is going on... I'm almost a week late for AF.. my boobs are killing me. I mean those suckers hurt. I literally feel like my nipples are going to explode. (Tmi) I'm nauseous all the time. If I eat I throw up. I'm having a lot of vaginal discharge. Doesn't smell or anything I just noticed it's there. I'm exhausted all the time. I took a test and it said negative. Any ideas or suggestions?! Please help
