Is this normal?

In March I had an ectopic and had to have my left tube taken out due to rupture. One of my incisions was my belly button and a couple of weeks ago the right immediate side of my belly button has been having pain. It only happened when I bend over or pick my 4 year old up and it takes my breath away by how sharp the pain is. The pain is starting to be a dull pain, but my question is is this normal?
