need advise!
Don't know what to do. I am 6 or 7 weeks. Went to my first appointment on Wednesday and the doctor couldn't find a sac in my uterus but saw something on my right ovary so she said it could be an ectopic. She send me to get some blood work done for my HCG levels and said I needed to come back on friday for more blood work to see if the go up. Well she called me thrusday and said my HCG level was 12000 and that she should have been able to see something with the viganial ultrasound. And told me to go to the ER now to get a shot to stop the pregnancy. But there is a hurricane and I am not in any pain or bleeding so feel like I can wait. And also get a second option. I feel like she didn't do much one quick ultrasound and one blood test and you can tell it's a Ectopic pregnancy? Maybe I just feel this why because she didn't give me much information. She didn't even spend more then 10 mins with me! She didn't even ask me to follow up with her after the ER!! Do I wait and get a second option? Or can it be diagnosed that easy.
