methotrexate and Ttc again

How long do you need to wait before trying again? I had a miscarriage 6 months ago at 8w3d and then I just had an ectopic that was found at 6w3d. I had my first set of shots yesterday but my numbers were already low. They never got above 1739. I go for more bloodwork Saturday and Monday and then I have a follow up appointment with my Dr. I plan on talking to him about this but I was just wanting some advice or stories of success after an ectopic. I feel so defeated. 😔
