I feel as if im in a "sexless" marriage.

It started before we got married. I thought if i married my now husband that things would change sexually. He isnt big about coming on to me. Actually everytime we have sex i have to come onto him. And literally the only time we have sex is when we are in the fertile period. Most of the time as soon as we have sex he falls straight to sleep. There is no spark no romance just regular baby making sex. Tonight i took my clothes off as a surprise when he walked into the room hoping it would encourage him to come on to me.... He literally laid in the bed and put his legs on me. I got angry and said we would not be having sex again until he could learn that how to come on to me and realize it wasnt always my job to initiate sex. He just laid there and went to sleep. Ugh!!! How do i make this better!?!? Am i wrong for being mad and hurt??
