how can you be pregnant but not feel anything?

How can babies grow so fast and yet You don't feel anything? I saw the heartbeat 😍 so I know he's  in there growing but it just amazes me that I don't feel anything, nothing when sitting up in bed in the morning, no heaviness of the uterus, nothing in the way when doing crunches. It's so bizarre, our bodies are amazing
