Open Relationship

I am 16 and I have a baby with my boyfriend (who has been my boyfriend since I was 12). He recently told me he wanted an open relationship since we've only had sex or done anything sexual with each other. I found out that he imagines having sex with one of my best friends. I love him more than anything but I don't know what to do. Someone please give me some advice.
