help please

So I'm thinking I might be pregnant but it is too early to test. What are some of the early signs you ladies with kids experiences before a missed period. My period is suppose to come in 7 days. Anything will help! Even if there is a way for me to rest early? I'm not sure...this would be my first pregnancy and I'm kind of scared
